Its strapless upper section begins with a straight across neckline, followed immediately by overlapping ruffles that continue along the entire length. The tiered arrangement builds fullness around the A-line silhouette and creates soft movement from the bodice to the floor sweeping hem. Polka dots provide graphic contrast across the layered surface, and the concealed back zipper completes the design without interrupting its flowing shape.
